Editing Log Posts - 22/11

We decided that we had enough footage for our music video to be able to edit it all. We started by making sure all the shots were in lip sync, so the first action we took was lip syncing all the performance shots, this meant we didn't have to do it every time we wanted to include a performance shot. This would just clearly waste time. For editing our music video we used the software Adobe Premiere Pro CS6. This is a software which me and my group familiarised with quite quickly as it is a quick and easy software to use. This made things less complicated for when we wanted to come and edit, it wasn't too much hassle. I think the most complicated parts of editing the music video was the lip syncing part. After that everything just needed to be placed and then we could start playing around with it and doing what we wanted, such as adding different techniques to try and improve our music video more and more in time for our first draft.

After we hand in our first draft we will have helpful feedback which we will use to improve everything. We will have our peer feedback but also the feedback from our teachers. This will guide us to achieving the highest grade possible.
